ABOUT ME
Welcome to my Holistic Counselling Practice
I was born and raised in Odessa, Ukraine and have been living in Australia for 28 years. I have a background in teaching, business practices, group facilitation, holistic and clinical counselling.

In my Holistic Counselling practice, I provide a safe, confidential, non-judgemental and supportive environment to allow you to explore what is concerning in your life. When you are faced with uncertainties or unexpected situation, it seems as if nothing at that moment can relieve you of stress, anxiety, depression, panic or fear.
You may feel helpless or in despair. I know all too well what those feelings are like. Sometimes its sadness; sometimes its anger; sometimes its sorrow; sometimes its regret; sometimes its self-pity and then ’Why me?’ syndrome sets in. Whatever feelings you may be experiencing, remember, there is a way out…
I take Holistic approach in my guidance to turn your painful experiences into power, to enhance your life coping skills, to open your heart to awake the magnificent potential within and to learn how to use the power of your mind to heal.
I am very passionate about helping people. I feel that my varied lifetime experiences including migration, life challenges and surviving cancer have inspired me to guide my clients with relationship issues, emotional and childhood traumas, grief and loss, lack of self-worth, depression/anxiety and ill health, to achieve their ultimate life goals.
Being a cancer survivor, I believe that health is a whole mind/body condition, and we all can affect our physical and emotional well-being by changing the way we think and in what we believe. I committed myself to empower people to go beyond their fears, resentments, guilt, anger, sadness and misery and to help them to achieve happy, productive, plentiful lives with peace of mind.
